  • What is your pricing structure?

    Our personal training packages vary in price according to how many sessions you wish to purchase. Our rates range from $40 to $60 per session. Generally, the more sessions you purchase, the greater your savings. Please see our “Programs” page for more specific pricing information and to learn which package is right for you. If you’d like more information, please contact us!

  • Do I need special equipment?

    No! In fact, you don’t need any equipment other than comfortable workout attire, such as t-shirts, shorts, tights, and/or sweats. Athletic shoes must be supportive and functional. Be comfortable and able to move your body! We provide all of the equipment necessary to perform a variety of activities. If you already own equipment that you would like to incorporate into a workout, please tell us. We’ll be happy to work with you!

  • Will you customize my diet?

    “Diets” are a bad word at HD FitPro. We simply don’t believe in diets. Our motto is “diets are temporary, eating healthy is a lifestyle.” This area happens to be one of our specialties! We love educating our clients on how to make healthy food decisions that will serve as the foundation for eating habits that will last a lifetime. We’ll be as involved in your meal planning as you’d like us to be. From providing you with helpful hints, to grocery shopping with you, to assisting you in cleaning out your pantry and refrigerator and restocking it with healthy alternatives, we are here to serve you. Ask us about our “Refrigerator and Pantry Makeover” program. Using our “no diet” philosophy, you can lose weight and reach your fitness goals without ever feeling deprived and frustrated by the confines of a typical diet plan. We’ll help you figure out how to make your favorite recipes healthier when cooking at home. We’ll educate you and arm you with knowledge for deciphering restaurant menus so that you can make healthy choices when dining out. At HD FitPro, we simply won’t make you follow the “on the diet, off the diet” mindset so prevalent in our society. We will help you change your life!

  • What is a typical workout like?

    We believe in making workouts as fun as possible. We are definitely not your cookie cutter trainers who prescribe “30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes strength training”, spot you with a few moves, and walk out with your money. We promise to provide you with a variety of activities so that no two workouts are exactly alike. Keeping workouts fresh and interesting is one of our strengths. We’ll take input from you on the types of activities you like and dislike. In fact, your sense of adventure and willingness to try different things is the only limiting factor with your workouts. With our clients we do everything from speed walking to stair climbing, from pilates moves to yoga poses, from dumbbell curls to medicine ball throws – you’re guaranteed a n assortment of body moving exercises that will burn calories, melt away fat, and build your strength.

Hilarie Besetti

Hilarie Bessetti

Hilarie Bessetti has had a passion for fitness and sports throughout her life. While recognizing that becoming fit includes exercising and taking care of one’s body, Hilarie also believes in a complete mind and body connection and she carefully works with her clients on this component. Hilarie focuses on lifestyle and behavior changes with her clients in order to make permanent impacts on their overall fitness levels. She accomplishes this by educating her clients on proper nutrition and healthy habits. She is extremely enthusiastic about working with clients who are trying to lose weight and enjoys motivating her clients as they work towards their goals.

Her most recent award includes certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. Prior to this designation, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1999. In 2005 she earned certification as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. In 2006 she completed her Masters of Arts degree in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University. Each of these degrees and certifications assist Hilarie in her day to day coaching by empowering her with behavioral knowledge that other personal trainers lack. If you’re looking for the total package in one personal trainer – one that will educate you, help you make those day to day behavioral changes, design fun and varying fitness programs, coach you through them, and cheer you on all along the way, look no further. Dan Besetti

Dan Bessetti

Dan Bessetti has been helping people attain their physical potential for over 13 years. His training methods are a reflection of his wide range of educational and work experience in the areas of personal training, sports medicine, and athletic performance enhancement. Being in the fitness and sports industry his entire career, he’s seen the trends and fads and heard the promises from the latest “experts”. Dan cuts through the media misinformation and hype and knows that anything that produces real and permanent results will involve dedication, consistency, and hard work.

While most recently Dan has been a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Central Florida, the journey began in his teenage years in Pennsylvania where he began training and lifting weights to make himself a better athlete. He then took his interest in sports and fitness to Slippery Rock University where he majored in sports medicine, working with the University’s athletic teams evaluating, managing, and rehabbing sports injuries. Dan spent the next two years as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of North Dakota where he also earned his Master’s degree in kinesiology. Returning to Pennsylvania, Dan served as personal trainer for the Clarion Hospital Wellness Program. There he developed personalized exercise programs for men and women of all ages focusing on overall health and fitness. One year as a strength and conditioning coach at Ohio University preceded Dan’s seven years working at UCF.

Dan knows that whether you are a college athlete or soccer mom, the same basic principles of making sacrifices, taking personal responsibility, and believing in yourself and your program are the only ways to reaching your goals.
